This is the English version of the HomeTimer Privacy Policy (Korean v1.1.0). If the two versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

Article 1 (Purpose)
This Privacy Policy sets out how ZZARI (developer: Chunchu Kim; the "Company" or "Developer") collects, uses, provides and protects personal information in the workout interval timer app "HomeTimer" (the "App"), distributed through Google Play and the App Store.
Article 2 (Personal information collected and how)
1. Required information
None. The App does not ask for sign-up, login or any other information that identifies you, and it does not request any permissions. Your workout history and app settings (your last workout settings and whether sound and vibration are on) are stored only on your device and are never sent outside it.
2. Optional information
Your email address, only if you enter it yourself when contacting us.
3. How it is collected
Only when you enter it yourself to contact us.
Article 3 (Purposes of processing)

Article 4 (Retention period)
- Your workout history is stored only on your device and is deleted when you delete it or delete the App. There is no separate retention period on a server.
- Inquiry information: destroyed within 3 years after the inquiry is resolved
- Where the law requires information to be kept, we keep it for the period the law requires
Article 5 (Provision to third parties and outsourcing)
1. Provision and outsourcing
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties or outsource its processing. Your workout history and app settings are never sent outside your device.
2. When the App communicates externally
The App communicates externally in one case only:
- App version check: to see whether a newer version is available, the Settings screen requests a public version file on the Company website (https://zzari.co/apps/versions/hometimer.json). Your workout history and app settings are not sent. However, as with any internet request, connection information such as your IP address may be recorded in the website server's access logs.
After you complete several workouts, the store rating prompt provided by your device's operating system (Google Play or the App Store) may appear. If you tap "Rate this app", "Privacy policy" or "Terms of service", the app store or a web browser opens. Information handled there is governed by that service's own policies.
Article 6 (Your rights and how to exercise them)
You can view your workout history at any time on the App's history screen and delete all of it with "Delete all" (editing or deleting individual records is not available). Deleting the App also deletes the history and settings stored on your device. For privacy questions, contact us at the address below.
