1. Provision to third parties
As a rule, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. Your game data is never sent outside your device.
2. Outside services
The Company uses the following outside service to provide ads. It may process data outside Korea (e.g. in the United States).
- Google LLC: providing ads (AdMob) and managing ad consent — Google Privacy Policy
3. When the App communicates outside the device
The App communicates outside your device in the following two cases.
- Ads: Google AdMob (paragraph 2) shows ads and processes the advertising data in Article 3(1).
- Version check: the settings screen requests a public version information file on the Company's website (https://zzari.co/apps/versions/sudokutime.json) to check for the latest version. No game data is sent. As with any internet request, connection information such as your IP address may be recorded in the web server's access logs.
When you tap "Rate the app", "Update", "Privacy policy", "Terms of use" or "Contact us", the app store, a web browser or a mail app opens, and any further processing follows that service's policies.
Article 7-2 (Ads and opting out of personalised ads)
Google AdMob ads appear at the bottom of the home, completion and settings screens. No ads are shown while you are solving a puzzle.
- Information collected by ad platforms is handled under each platform's privacy policy.
- On iOS, the App asks whether to allow app tracking on first launch. You can keep using the App if you decline, and the IDFA is not collected in that case.
- Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland choose whether to consent to personalised ads on first launch, and can change this at any time in the App's Settings → "Ad privacy settings".
